The Sting yearbook staff is making preparations for the 2017 yearbook. If you would like to purchase an ad for your son or daughter, you can do so now. This is a chance to congratulate your student on the occasion of his or her promotion.
If you are interested in purchasing space in the Sting yearbook, please complete the contract at the bottom and return it to Mrs. Bickford at Dixie by February 28, 2017, along with the payment and the ad you would like included.
Ads can be emailed or sent on a jump drive. Ads must be in PDF format. If you are not certain how to create these pages please contact Mrs. Bickford.

Dixie students were visited on Friday by Officer Primeaux and his K-9 assistant Ikeo. Students learned about how Forrest County Sheriffs Department Uses K-9 units to make arrest. Officer Primeaux shared about the extensive training both he and Ikeo went through and how Ikeo is a member of his family. Ikeo demonstrated how he catches perpetrators.

Next Week, October 24-28, is red ribbon week. Dixie will be observing tobacco, alcohol, and drug prevention awareness by dressing up on the appropriate days.
